ABOUT OUR AGENCY
I opened my agency in 2015 and currently lead a team of six. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, which gave me valuable experience and helped shape the supportive culture we’ve built today.
I’m a proud graduate of University of Arizona, a husband, father, and lifelong Arizona resident. Being born and raised here has allowed me to build strong connections within the community and better serve the people around me. Our agency stays active in the community through regular events and local involvement. Building relationships and giving back are important parts of who we are.
We offer a Simple IRA with employer match, licensing reimbursement, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We believe that creating a positive workplace leads to better outcomes for both our team and our customers.
Our culture is extremely close-knit and family-oriented. We genuinely enjoy working together and make time to connect as a team, including office lunches every Thursday where we close for an hour to eat together. We also hold quarterly events where the office closes for a day, combining professional development and training with a fun team outing.
If you’re looking for a place where people support one another, work hard, and have fun together, this could be a great fit for you.
